Pem Lham wins Rubin Museum's Himalayan art prize
Bhutanese artist Pem Lham has won the Rubin Museum's prize for Himalayan art, a $30,000 unrestricted cash award. The prize will be presented at a ceremony attended by the Queen of Bhutan.
